Classes are challenging, but the more you do it, the more you will begin to see changes in your body's strength and flexibility. Its all about patience and consistency!


What to bring to class

  • Yoga Mat (you can also borrow one on arrival)
  • Reusable Water Bottle
  • Sweat Towel
  • Bare Feet or Grip Socks

Injuries & Modifications

Barre & Fusion is for everyone, no previous experience required! However, please let the instructor know at the start of class if you have any injuries or are pregnant so that you can be given any necessary modifications. I will always encourage you to push your boundaries, but you should monitor your own resistance throughout the class.
